Tattoo Appointment Request

When requesting an appointment you will need to provide the following: 
-your requested date and time. The time you are requesting is never guaranteed and you will be notified within a week if you requested time is available, if it is not available, I will correspond with you to find you another time that works for the both of us.-an accurate description of the tattoo that you are wanting, the placement, the size please describe using inches, and if you’re wanting black and gray, color, or just an outline. -Disclosure if this tattoo is being placed over any type of scarring including burns, stretch, marks, deep cuts, self harm, scars, or any other type of keloids, or you plan to cover up an old tattoo.
